Nature of the data collected
While browsing, our server (hosted by OVH.COM) stores logs. This mainly consists of collecting your IP address and the history of your requests (such as a page visit, for example).
Users may provide their personal data by making a request via the contact form, the online order form, or by filling out a newsletter subscription form.

Purpose of data collection
Server logs are used to detect intrusion attempts and anomalies, in order to ensure the security of the IT system.
The information entered by the user via the contact form, the online order form, or the newsletter subscription form is used only to respond to the user’s request. When the request is commercial, and with the explicit consent of the data subject, personal data may also be used to send mailings on business-related topics (new service, participation in events, etc.). Personal data will only be used for these purposes.

Who processes the collected data?
OVH.COM (hosting organization, processor) is the recipients of the server logs for the purpose described above. Access to the logging system is secured and governed. OVH.COM acts as a processor and guarantees that it has implemented all the technical and organizational measures to protect the data as required by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which replaces Directive 95/46/EC.
3TS Consulting SRL is the recipient of the information collected via the contact form, the online order form, or the newsletter form for the purposes described above.
User consent
Each user is clearly informed of the uses that may be made of their personal data at the time they provide it and as described in this privacy policy.

Retention period
Server logs are stored for a period of 24 months.
Data collected via the contact form on this site are retained for 3 years. Newsletter form data are retained until the customer decides to unsubscribe from receiving newsletters. An unsubscribe link will be systematically provided in each email.

Rights of data subjects
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), users have the following rights regarding the data that 3TS Consulting SRL collects about them:

For any request concerning these rights, users can send an email to marc.tritschler@3tsconsulting.be with the subject of their request. 3TS Consulting SRL undertakes to respond to this request within 15 working days.
For security reasons, for each request related to these rights, 3TS Consulting SRL will verify the identity of the person submitting the request. 3TS Consulting SRL will respond to the request only after positive identification.
